The Internet

 Internet is a vast connection of hundreds and million of computers that can connect to each other. Internet is what we are using now! Internet was already have impact to our life. We can't really deny that if we have assignments, research, projects, thesis, etc. we really depend to the internet. Because internet can really supply all the things that we need in our paper works. But its just the same to other things that there are advantages and disadvantages.



The Disadvantage of internet is when we abused the time, even though we already know that time is gold and precious. Because honestly sometimes I'm one them who are really addict to the internet. But as a student specially I'm nursing student, I need to manage my time in order to cope the things that I need to study. And as a student we should know our priority in life. Because now a days we can't really deny that internet is really addictive, i admit it. Because in internet we can find a lot of things that can affect our life. like online games, there are a lot of people specially teenagers who are really addict to that kind of games. But sometimes we can understand why teenagers can't control their eagerness to have fun in internet, because teenagers were in the stage that are fun exploring a lot of things. If there is disadvantage,  of course there is advantage.           
               

            The advantage of internet are we can rely from it if we have paper works like what I've said lately. :) We really have fun when we are using internet, especially when you are using your email, like facebook, twiitter, mysapce and etc.Because of that we can easily connect to our friends.And we are fun posting our status every move we do. Am i right? =D But I'm not one of them! :) And through that networks, sometimes we can find new friends, that we can talk to. And sometimes there are people that find their love one from the network. Because we know that the generation today is modern.

                           
 

Network Topology

Under Network Topology, there are different types of topology:

1. Bus topology- a network setup where each of the computers and network devices are connected to a single cable or backbone. A terminator is required at each end of the bus to avoid bouncing to each other.

2. Star Topology- a very common network setup where each of the devices and computers on a network connect to a central hub. And it is the easiest to setup. And when you use this setup there is a benefit that you can get from it, and its is the simplicity adding additional nodes.

3. Tree Topology-  a very common network setup that is similar to bus and star topology. It connect multiple star networks to another star network. But if the main cable or trunk between both of them failed, those network cable would be unable to communicate to each other.

 4. Mesh Topology- a network setup where each of the computers and network devices are interconnected with one another in all possible or partial combination. This type of topology is difficult and expensive compare to other topology.

   5. Ring Topology- configuration where network computer and devices are connected to each other forming a large circle. Each pocket is sent around the ring until it reaches its final destination. And now a days, this type of topology is seldom used.
